Alex (Allen Covert, one of those guys who pops up in every Adam Sandler movie) a 35 year old game tester is kicked out of his apartment due to his roommate spending all of the rent money on Filipino hookers. After an incident while staying at a friend’s house he is forced to stay with his grandma.

People who are really high and will think anything they watch is funny.
What I Liked About This Movie
I like to be positive so hmmmmm what did I like…ah I got something; the video game posters in the backgrounds of scenes were actually funny and some of them were quite clever.
What Didn’t Work For Me
The two most important things in any comedy are jokes and characters. Unfortunately most of the jokes in Grandma’s Boy are either awkwardly delivered or are too animated to be funny. The characters seem like they could be funny but they just don’t deliver any big laughs. This could either have been issue with the actors chosen or the script, either way the characters just did not work for me at all.
The story revolves around a habitual stoner who just so happens to be an expert programmer and 3d modeler yet he is working as a game tester, really? The stage the game he created was at would have taken many people a long time to create. There is no way as a viewer you can legitimately buy the fact that this guy has the ability to do anything other smoke weed and play video games. Even if you are one of the few people who go along with the story it reaches an obvious conclusion that you will be able figure out way before it happens.
I personally would like to see a comedy centered on video games with clever in-jokes for the gamers instead of a raunchy comedy using video games as the rag to wipe the sweat off its ass.
Should You Watch This Movie?
No. The lack of me having almost nothing good to say about this movie should be a clear indication of its quality.

Grandma’s Boy was hilarious! Deserves WAY more than a 2!
i agree with 1. ive watched this movie over and over with some of my friends and we still laugh at it. great stoner comedy. you should have alot more to say about it pretty weak review
