A small town is invaded by aliens who resemble demented circus clowns but the town folk do not take the invaders seriously until it is too late. The few people in town who take the threat seriously arm themselves with an ice cream truck and try to rescue everyone.

What I Liked About This Movie
First thing that I liked about Killer Klowns from Outer Space is the title which for no apparent reason decides to substitute the “c” in clowns for a “k”. The special effects, makeup & costumes are so low budget that they add a “We did this on the cheap” feeling that ends up being more comical then anything else.
The acting and dialogue is atrociously bad and will have you laughing at points the directors clearly did not mean to be comical.
What Didn’t Work For Me
The ending is a little out there.
Should You Watch This Movie?
My “likes” for this movie may seem like hate but I find Killer Klowns from Outer Space to be very entertaining even though it is in no way a good movie. If you are looking for a movie to make fun of with a few friends it won’t disappoint. Even the directors dig into it on the DVD commentary.
