Who is the Audience for This Movie?
People who like epic action movies.
What I Liked About This Movie
10,000 BC was shot very nicely and definitely feels like an epic film. The action is entertaining and there is quite a bit of it. The damsel in distress (Camilla Belle) was smoking hot and definitely made me feel for the young hunter when she is taken from him.

The saber toothed tiger looked bad ass.
What Didn’t Work For Me
The acting ranges poor to average and none of the actors really make you feel they are actually living in the time period the movie is based in. Some of the CGI is pretty poor and sticks out like a sore thumb in wide shots.
I feel the director said to himself: People who watch this movie have no intelligence and will just go along with whatever I make. There are a few historical/geographical inaccuracies that really cannot just be shrugged off. In which books did the director read that Mammoths were in the dessert building pyramids? Also how is it possible to in a few days walk to go from: Mountains >> Snow Region >> Forest >> Desert.
To top it all off the story moves along as terribly as the shift in regions. Situations just pop up and are fit into the story in very “convenient” ways.
Should You Watch This Movie?
NO. I watched this movie so you don’t have too.
