Who is the Audience for This Movie?
People who like scary movies that involve ghosts.
What I Liked About This Movie
This movie almost whole heartily restores my faith in western horror cinema. Western horror movies have taken crappy detours in their history but at least the worst offenders in recent memory are not as bad as The Eye 3 is. Thanks China.
What Didn’t Work For Me
The Eye 3 tries to mix comedy with scares and manages to fail at both. The humorous scenes are bogged down by the terrible acting from every actor in this movie. When the movie makes the shift to horror it feels like a bad joke rather then being scary.
The effects used in this movie you have seen before and have seen better. The ghosts look like people in makeup with dark costumes. In horror movies, if the aesthetics don’t look realistic you mine as well just not bother making the movie because it won’t be scary.

I have to shake my head at the makers of this movie for having a scene with an evil CGI basketball and a scene which involves a guy having a break dance fight while possessed by a ghost.
Should You Watch This Movie?
