Born on the Fourth of July is a somewhat accurate biography of Vietnam War veteran Ron Kovic.

Holden (Ben Affleck) and Banky (Jason Lee) are comic book artists who have everything in their professional life going perfectly until Holden falls in love with a girl named Alyssa (Joey Lauren Adams). Holden’s crush moves into a confusing territory for him when he finds out that Alyssa is a lesbian.

A woman who has suffered from amnesia (Geena Davis) finally begins to uncover her past with the help of an investigator (Samuel L. Jackson). She soon finds out that it was a past that should have stayed buried.

After going over budget due to a large blunder a movie director named Damien Cockburn (Steve Coogan) is forced to salvage his movie by shooting it guerrilla style in the jungle. Something goes wrong and the actors are forced to become the soldiers they were portraying.

A former pool hustler (Paul Newman) turned liquor salesman named Fast Eddie Felson teaches a young incredibly cocky kid (Tom Cruise) named Vincent the art of hustling people at pool. Along the way Fast Eddie begins to rekindle his love for the game of 9 ball.

A group of people discover that one by one the human race is being replaced by alien clones devoid of emotion and must find out how to stop them.
