After a man flashes the women (Anna Faris) he is infatuated with a bi-polar mall security guard (Seth Rogen) becomes obsessed with finding the man who flashed her even though there is already a detective (Ray Liotta) on the case.

What I Liked About This Movie
Seth Rogan may be over exposing himself at this point in his career but in this movie he had great supporting cast to bounce jokes off of. Even though all of the characters are the typical caricatures (quite Asian guys, dim witted hot girl, hot headed cop…etc) you can expect in a mainstream movie I can’t say I didn’t laugh a whole lot.
What Didn’t Work For Me
You may note that I classified Observe and Report as a drama I did so because its dramatic elements completely overshadow the comedy.
Through some awkward pacing and story progression you are treated to a plethora of sad and creepy moments. To be honest I was expecting a comedy and it ended up being a strange drama. After finishing it I was at a loss as to how I would sum it up but after some thought I came up with a clean way to summarize it. Imagine if Adam Sandler in the movie Happy Gilmore brutally kicked Bob Barkers ass; would you enjoy watching that?
Should You Watch This Movie?
It’s not very interesting or entertaining it’s a strange viewing experience.
