What I Liked About This Movie

You need to look at the IMDB page for this movie the cast is utterly ridiculous I am amazed they managed to gather together so many good actors to star in this movie. Surpringly though the biggest standout in the acting department is Stallone at all times he looks incredibly sad and frustrated at the same time. I actually felt bad for his character.

Cop Land is beautiful looking movie its visuals alone almost make it worth watching. My favorite thing about this movie was the ending. After watching Stallone’s character struggle for so long it was awesome watching him finally unload his frustration.

What Didn’t Work For Me

Cop Land could have been a GREAT movie. Not only is it too long but its main sub-plot involving Stallone’s character and his affection for a women he saved when he was younger feels useless if it were cut the movie would have flowed a lot better. The handling of the main plot also could have some work it meanders too long by the time it got to the cool finale I was starting to lose interest in all the characters. All around it felt like a wasted opportunity.

Should You Watch This Movie?

Maybe. I cant say I didn’t get some enjoyment out of it but I cant openly recommend it either.
