What Didn’t Work For Me

Hatchet 2 takes almost a full hour to get its plot on track during that time it has absolutely no redeeming qualities and I almost turned it off but I bought it for like $4 so I felt the need to at least finish it.

Not only is it boring the scripting is stupid, the acting is horrendous, and it looks very cheaply shot. Even the gore which is the main attraction to these kind of movies goes way too over the top too often it just gets tiresome. This is easily the worst horror sequel I have ever seen I always thought Jason Takes Manhattan would keep that title but Hatchet 2 has overshadowed it.
