What I Liked About This Movie

Supers hand drawn style animated opening credit sequence is awesome I love when the creators of a movie put effort into their opening credits. Rainn Wilson plays the lead role in Super and after finishing the movie all I could think about was how perfect the character he plays in Super is for his acting style.

The action in Super is ruthlessly realistic. For example when Wilson hits someone with his wrench it splits there head open and it only takes one hit to keep someone down. Having the action grounded in reality really made the movie very dark but the direction the story takes is actually kind of heart warming.

What Didn’t Work For Me

I am not a big fan of Ellen Page she plays Wilson’s sidekick in this movie and I think she went too over the top with her acting.

Should You Watch This Movie?

Super is worth watching.
