What I Liked About This Movie

Considering the era The Killing came out (50’s) in it is a very complex movie.

The majority of the movie follows the planning of the robbery and you really get to know all the men involved in the heist during that time. When the heist starts there are plenty of twists and turns in the plot and the movie swiftly pushes ahead to its unexpected but incredibly fitting finish. The Killing is an incredibly precise movie with no wasted screen time and because of that I think it’s one of the most effective film noire movies ever made.
