A complex futuristic city is divided between the working class people and the creators of the elaborate city. One day the son of the mastermind behind the cities creations falls madly in love with a working class girl who happens to predict the coming of a savior to fix the ugly divide between the social classes.

The mission is a success but mysteriously all the vegetation slowly dies. In desperation to find out why everything died a top notch team is sent to explore Mars.
Now a celebrated hero, Johnny Rico (Casper Van Dien) returns to try to win the fight against the bugs. That pretty much sums it up.
