Inexplicably, a weatherman (Bill Murray) finds himself re-living the same day over and over.

After her father is imprisoned by a horrible beast his daughter Belle offers herself in his place. What she does not know is that the beast is actually a striking prince, who along with his staff, has been cursed. In order to break the curse he must have someone fall in love with him.
